Opting to live in a warmer climate has its upsides and its downsides, like any location would, of course. Thankfully the house did have a pool out back, so that made it easy to cool down whenever the weather. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for when the air conditioning unit craps out on you in the middle of a heat wave. With so much natural light coming through, even with a nice breeze and windows fully open, the house can get a bit too hot without the help of central air maintaining the temperature.
